wow. i am starting to love jakarta now. maybe up to a 65 to 75%. well, at least my liking to the city has definitely improved a lot. and i guess the main reason is that i have improved in my bahasa and feel more confident speaking to the indons there. i really can feel the change in me. that's a good change, of course. oh oh! and we stayed in Ritz Carlton Hotel for the past 3 nights. my couz wedding had about 3000 plus guests and i heard more than 4000 people turned up instead. so you can already figure out how humongous the ballroom was. all of us were so happy for our cousin that's married, now. omg. i love their photoshoots. because they're so tall, they looked as if they're modelling for Vogue magazine's high profile clothes line. super jealoussss. but more of proud of them actually. i am so lucky to have such a cool cousin and an additional member to the GUNAWAN family who's pretty and friendly. aren't you guys jealous already? LOL. wkwkwkwkwkkk.
below's a brief listing of my days in jakarta.
Day 1:
Grandfather's Birthday dinner. met up with cousins who are on summer break in the US. happy moments.
Day 2:
Photoshoot with my family. dad, mum, brothers and sisters. it took us 5 hours long! lotsa fun-filled moments. Roxy-ITC to buy movies. 93 of them! you know what i mean. LOL
Day 3:
Wedding Day! the day we're all been planning and waiting for. lots making and dressing up, camwhoring, glamorous, laughters, heart-warming and memorable moments. it can be considered as the best wedding i have ever been to!
Day 4:
Pack up to leave the hotel. Bid relatives goodbye. Ate Nasi Padang for lunch. Visit mum's side of relative (the family i've been talking about before is from dad's side). Ate Sup Kambing (Mutton soup) which my mum loved. Depature to Singapore from Soekarno-Hatta airport.
alright i am gonna turn in now. exhausted from all the packed days...
