i did not come to school for the whole of last week, except for business finance tute.
most of you that know me will be shock by this right? you probably think that i could not possibly have done it. but i did. why? main reason. woke up late. also i slept late at nights to finish off school work.
tuesday Fluid Balance and Homeostasis prac report due. hence couldn't wake up the next day for class.
friday another Microbes prac report due. (oh. and i finally, like, communicate to my prac partner. hah. found out his brother is a doctor. he's planning to go into med. he's pretty smart actually. i can tell. nice guy. but. he's an atheist. aww. oh wells.)
i know these are just excuses for not coming to classes. on that wednesday and thursday, i could have come for classes, but choose not to. and most amazing thing was that, on friday, anthony shared about the problem of 'procrastination'. oh man. that sharing really hit me hard. i reflected on myself and all the bad habits that i have. like coming late for Joykids in church. coming late for oikos. coming late for meetings. so since then, i have tried to improve on punctuality side of me. so far, it's been so much better. also i have been meeting up with people that i used to see everytime, like val and tahnee. had meals with them when i could. tahnee also got a chance to stay over at my place last night. she said next week i could stay at her place too but i don't think i will. it will be very near exams date. i think we should focus on our studies by then. i'm gonna break that procrastination spirit!
Joykids had a meeting last sat regarding the ministry's progress. we had many things to improve on. i believe we can. (=
also on sunday after church @ Bridge church with eric and tahnee, we ate yumcha @ Dragonboat Palace. we ate so little. i think too much breakfast! after that, met zel to finally buy jm's present @ Tiffany & Co. i feel like buying too la~ hope dad will buy me sthg there! hohoho. greedy me!
supposed to study tgt at frank tate but the place was packed. went to ballieu only to find that in 15mins it closes. borrowed textbook and went home to study. for dinner, eric finally got to eat his spicy salted chicken @ Rice Bar. he has been craving it for a long time now. saw val there! but she didn't eat there tho, only her archi friends. it got me thinking that how nice it is for her. the archi group are very united when it comes to work. they worked tgt in their archi building for projects til morning. how come the biomeders don't have that??? i think we lack unity and bonding. ck. but it's really hard to get them to study with us. most of them prefer individual revision. oh well.
today went to 2/3 lectures for the day. there's improvement. (=
tomorrow gonna come to the morning lect! and then gonna accompany jm to Tiffany & Co. to get her name engraved on the pendant we bought her. then maybe after that, back to ballieu to study. studying is what i can think of right now. and lots of it!!!
