candid #3 and she's gone!

my hair is getting pretty long. my fringe in a mess. it's twirling at the edge. it's disgusting!!! please, someone cut it off!!! everyday i stare at it in the mirror. tempted to cut it myself but stopped cause i was afraid that it would turn out worse. and also the color of my hair is fading. people asked whether my hair dye is red. i am like, ok i need to get my hair re-dyed! and fast! the hairdresser in indo dyed it light brown instead of the dark brown that i wanted. this time i have to get the dark brown so that if it ever fades, at least it will still be brown, not red. should i do it in indo or sing? i totally haven't got a clue or preference. whichever chance comes first?

yesterday went to embassy with grandma. we ended up eating $1 ice potong across the traffic light. we were so desperate finding something to do after waiting for 4 hours in embassy. there's nothing interesting to see. i was hoping to see people yelling at the embassy officer or sthg like that. but no such luck. people were so calm. so organized and controlled. everyone was so civilised. that should be something to be appreciated for but it was boring to watch, you know. where's the drama? there's no drama in the embassy. everybody is pretty much dead serious. well you have to, in order to get the visa. so i read my book, take pictures, almost wanted to straighten my hair (brought my hair straightener because i was so afraid of grandma waiting for me straighten my hair in the house, and yes my hair was in a mess than usual, but couldn't find the plug in the embassy toilet, LOL right, i know), listened to music... we went up and down the embassy hoping that grandma was done with her visa thing but they were still waiting and waiting. and there's still 50 more of other people before her? so i took erica down, out the building and we saw the ice cream booth. man i was so grateful for the ice potong uncle and that it only cost $1 each! it was the highlight of my day i tell you. i could have eaten like 10 of it if i wanted to, but what about the 3kg that i'm supposed to lose? so i just ate one and watched erica finished hers. when she's done, i felt so much fuller than before. anyway we were so dead bored inside the building. i totally capture the meaning of boredom that day. my uncle drove us home after that.

and for the past three nights, i have been gym-ing! oh i am so proud of myself!!! i deserve a praise! even though after the first night, my leg and hamstrings were aching in the morning, i forced myself to continue on with what i started. i am so gonna lose that 3kg. guarantee. no doubt. even if i have been eating mckers large fries this evening and medium fries last night after gym. as the saying goes, if there is a will, there is a way. right?

tomorrow i haven't had a clue as to what to expect. actually i am kinda bored in the house. my grandma watches tv everyday in her room. my brothers and couz play computer game whole day long. my sister totally has a life apart from all of us. my another sister too young that sometimes she irritates me in her perfectly normal way. my maid is actually also dead bored in the house. she complains to me every chance she gets that she wants to go back to our house. i kinda pity her tho. she has not been eating for two days because she don't feel like it she said. i so wanted to walk to orchard road. but also i have to stay at home to look after my grandma. there's a struggle everyday in my mind: to go shopping or to stay home. excitement or calmness. extremes of both world, don't you think?

I MISS MY MUM! ok i admit i'm a mummy's girl. hehe
*taken before i left singapore last sept break*
and do you want to see my maid? she's really hardworking you know. aiya act only. lol
hmm my maid is irritating too sometimes. she loves to complain a lot about my grandma house. she likes to compare singapore and jakarta. she likes to say lots of sarcastic things. sometimes i totally have no idea how to answer her back. cause i don't really care. but she just loves to tell me her life stories and her pengandaran city. she also has a daughter back home with her relatives, she has a huge debt left to pay for her late mum's hospital bill (which is not her birth mum, complicated story, like a k drama really, which i shall not elaborate), she lives in a city cooler than my city (with more tourist attraction sites) and blablabla. see i only get to see her during the hols and yet i know so much about her. one reason: she's a talker. she won't stop until i walk away. true story.

head out to tanglin mall today with erica. just the two of us. i was so bored so i went to Poh Kim store and bought 2 k dramas. also went to magic wand shop and bought slime for my sis for $3. it's been a long time since i last been there. almost 5 years? it's a pity there's no one to take my sister to magic shop now that we're all so old and not-into-fake-magic phase. but luckily for her, the staff managed to show us a trick, which was quite funny. lift up the toilet seat and water squirt out from underneath. ARGH. oh and funny thing. i locked my maid out in the balcony today out of boredom. then later she chased us with a broom into the lift. my heart went lubdublubdub really2 fast. what an adrenaline rush!

alright i am gonna hit my hay now. 2am alr. i need more time. give me more time. no. give me a genie with 3 wishes.

xoxo,
